Awards to the best students

In the case of budget leftovers, awards will be established for the best students who decide to enrol in a Bachelor's degree course at the School of Economics and Management of the University of Siena.

For the 2022-23 class, 5 awards of €2,500 each are provided. The amount is approximately equal to the maximum tuition fees of one year.
To be considered for the award, students must
(a) have passed all the required examinations,
(b) enrol for the academic year 2023-24 in an SEM Bachelor's degree course, and
(c) obtain at least 8 credits in the first Bachelor's degree examination session of the academic year 2023-24.
At the enrolment deadline for the academic year 2023-24, a provisional ranking will be drawn up from among all students who meet requirements (a) and (b), based on the credit-weighted average of the marks obtained in the Foundation Course examinations.
At the end of the first Bachelor's degree examination session of the academic year 2023-24, the verification of requirement (c) is carried out and students who do not meet it are excluded from the ranking list.
The five awards are then assigned to the top five on the final ranking list and delivered in March 2024.
